DELHI HIGH COURT MEDIATION & CONCILIATION CENTRE

 

For filing Pre-litigation matters, the parties are required to submit the following documents at our official Email id of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre- samadhan@dhc.nic.in

  1. Application addressed to “The Organising Secretary”, Delhi High Court, Mediation & Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court. Applicant shall generally give the nature of dispute in issue without any detailed allegations. The application shall be accompanied by Memo of Parties giving address/ email address/ phone number of the Applicant(s)/Non Applicant(s).

 

  1. Please specify the nature of dispute. In case, the matter filed is Commercial in nature and falls under Sec-12A of the Commercial Courts Act 2015, the same shall be filed before Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee.

Also, the commercial matters filed before this Centre shall be admitted on receiving an undertaking stating that the said matter does not fall under Sec-12A of the Commercial Courts Act 2015.

  1. Photograph of Applicant (In Case of Joint application-photographs of all the parties).

 

  1. ID proof of the Applicant(s).

At the time of signing of settlement- Photo Id(s) of all the signatories are required along with their passport size photographs (number can be verified with the staff at the time of settlement).

  1. One Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.100/- under Article 5 General Agreement) at the time of filing application.

Another Non Judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- under Article 5 General Agreement shall also be submitted at the time of settlement for writing the terms agreed between the parties.

  1. Vakalatnama, if filed through an Advocate.
  2. After receiving an acknowledgement from Mediation centre about the filing of the application, the Applicant is required to pay Rs.21000/- (Rs.1000/-towards Administrative charges and Rs.20000/- towards Honorarium) through Net Banking in the Name of Registrar General, Delhi High Court (Samadhan),Saving Bank Account No. 15530110147917 UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, IFSC Code UCBA0001553,under intimation to Delhi High Court Mediation Centre vide e-mail at –samadhan@dhc.nic.in
  3. The Parties are required to pay Rs. 500/-towards per session charges.
  4. In case of non-participation of the Non Applicant(s), the amount of Rs.20000/- will be refunded to the Applicant as per the bank details of the cancelled cheque.

Note: Copy of the Cancelled Cheque be submitted of the account through which payment is made, so that amount of Rs.20,000/- can be refunded in case of matter being closed as Non Starter‟.
